Donation Refund Policy

Veterans Support Northern Ireland is extremely grateful for the generosity of our supporters. Donations allow us to continue providing vital services to veterans and their families across Northern Ireland.

 

As a registered charity, we operate within legal and ethical guidelines, and donations are generally considered non-refundable. However, we recognise that there may be instances where a refund is appropriate and will review such cases fairly and promptly.

 

Refund Eligibility

 

Refund requests will be considered in the following circumstances:

    •    The donation was made in error (e.g. incorrect amount)

    •    Duplicate donations were made

    •    The donation was unauthorised (e.g. fraudulent transaction)

 

How to Request a Refund

 

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the donation date. Email info@aavsni.com with:

    •    Your full name

    •    Date of donation

    •    Donation amount

    •    Reason for the refund request

 

All refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is approved, it will be made to the original payment method used.

 

Exceptions

 

    •    Donations made more than 14 days prior may not be eligible for refund

    •    We cannot issue refunds for funds that have already been utilised for programme delivery
